Loco Running & Rehab ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") provides remote run‑coaching, strength, mobility and educational services through our website located at https://www.locorunrehab.com (the "Site") and related platforms (collectively, the "Services").

  • Personal Information – e.g., name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and social‑media handle you voluntarily provide.

  • Payment Information – limited billing details such as the cardholder name, last four digits of your card, and billing ZIP code (processed securely via Stripe; we never store full card numbers).

  • Usage Data – IP address, device/browser type, pages visited, time spent, clicks and interactions captured via cookies, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and similar technologies.

  • Coaching Data – training history, fitness goals, injury notes, and any videos or photos you upload to the app or send to us for feedback.

3. Why We Use Your Information

  • Deliver and improve the Services

  • Process payments and send invoices

  • Respond to questions and provide coaching feedback

  • Send educational emails, newsletters, and marketing (with opt‑out anytime)

  • Measure ad performance and reach new runners (Meta Pixel, Google Ads)

  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Legal Bases (EEA / UK)

We process Personal Information only when we have a lawful basis—typically contract performance, legitimate interests (marketing, analytics), consent (email list, cookies), or legal obligation.
